Italian dictator Benito Mussolini hung by his heels in April 29,1945 at a petrol station for public viewing and confirmation of his demise. Mussolini, traveling with retreating German forces, was captured and shoot on April 28, 1945 at the village of Giulino di Mezzegra by partisan troops.
