RJ, a member of Blackout Entertainment shows up his new grill. On The Block is not meant to be the definitive history of hip hop culture in Roanoke, Virginia a small mountain town. But, rather a window in the lives of a few people living in Northwest Roanoke engaged in hip hop culture for the last year and a half. This project follows a few young people as they make music, create fashion, and live.
