The man who died today at noon in the district of Fuencarral is Borja Villacís, brother of the former deputy mayor of Madrid. The 41-year-old male has been shot by a person from a vehicle with a 7.62 caliber pistol, which has caused him several shots in the head and chest. In addition, there is another injured person who was with the deceased at the doors of the restaurant where the incident took place.
