Harry Iggulden, Owner of The Tea House Theatre, a specialist tea house & arts theatre on Vauxhall Walk. It has been a fixture of Vauxhall for five years after Harry & his family saved the former Truman pub (1886) from being bulldozed & redeveloped. They offer over 40 varieties of tea & do not serve coffee. They also offer the best full english breakfast in London (they've just won an award to that affect). ? The building they currently call home (and have done for about a decade) is Brunswick House (1758), a famous squat that was once the home of the Duke of Brunswick. The building is full of character & often hired out for events & parties. It is one of the only original elements of historic Vauxhall that remain to this day. ? The farm has been a fixture of Vauxhall since the '70's & was originally set up by local residents (squatters) as somewhere they can grow & rear their own foodstuffs. They have over 100 animals on site & are often called upon for film, television & theatre productions as their animals are so placid & used to human contact. Their sheep were used in the Shakespeare production "King Lear With Sheep" & their alpaca's were used in the opening sequence of new Star Wars movie "The Force Awakens". They are currently expanding their facilities & are about to open a brand new cafe & education centre (their education element plays a big part of current operations). The farm has been a fixture of Vauxhall since the '70's & was originally set up by local residents (squatters) as somewhere they can grow & rear their own foodstuffs. They have over 100 animals on site & are often called upon for film, television & theatre productions as their animals are so placid & used to human contact. Their sheep were used in the Shakespeare production "King Lear With Sheep" & their alpaca's were used in the opening sequence of new Star Wars movie "The Force Awakens". They are currently expanding their facilities & are about to open a brand new cafe & education centre (their education element plays a big part of current operations).
