A Connecticut man was arrested after razor blades were allegedly found in Halloween bags of trick or treaters. Police in Waterbury, Connecticut, say they received two complaints of the blades being found in bags and traced them back to one house in the town. Officers later arrested Jason A Racz who told them the blades had accidentally been put in the candy bowl before the candy was handed out. Racz, 37, reportedly had to be restrained when he was booked and was charged with risk of injury to a minor, reckless endangerment and interfering with a police officer. 01 Nov 2019 Pictured: Jason Racz.
