Here's 'Tiger King' Joe Exotic - the comic book. The star of hit Netflix show Tiger King is getting his story told in graphic novel form. And nemesis Carole Baskin and business partner Jeff Lowe also have starring roles. The book, 'Infamous: Tiger King' is set to hit shelves later this month. Publisher TidalWave Productions said of it: "During the Age of COVID-19, the world needs a distraction. "Perhaps that?s why we?re collectively riveted to Netflix?s Tiger King. A murder mystery in the vein of Dateline, Tiger King introduced the world to the flamboyant Joe Exotic, a former magician, country singer, and zookeeper with a troubled past. Joe now sits in jail for planning to murder his rival, Big Cat Rescue owner and animal rights activist Carole |Baskin, who he accuses of killing her husband and feeding him to her tigers. Truth is indeed stranger than fiction in this origin story of both Joe and Carole in a flipbook.? Several different covers of the comic, by Michael Frizell, are to be published. A special collector edition cover - featuring Joe with guns and surrounded by tigers - is available from Third Eye Comics. Joe, 58, real name Joseph Allen Schreibvogel, is serving a 22-year jail sentence after being found guilty of paying a hitman to kill Carole and killing tigers to make room for more exotic cats in his animal park, charges he denied. It comes as rival Baskin was granted ownership of his former zoo in Wynnewood, Oklahoma in a court ruling. The other covers will be available on Amazon.
