A dystopian artwork entitled The End, topped with a cherry, a drone and a fly sculpture depicting a whirl of cream topped with parasites has been unveiled on the Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Square, London. The End was created by artist Heather Phillipson described as representing exuberance and unease and a monument to hubris and impending collapse will stay in place until spring 2022.
