Phil Collins has sold his waterfront Miami Beach mansion. The 11-bedroom, 10-bathroom home, which once belonged to Jennifer Lopez, was up for sale for $40 million. The 10,769-square-foot Mediterranean-style estate, built in 1929, sits on a 1.2-acre lot. It has 184 feet of waterfront, a pool and dock, as well as a 6,000-gallon koi pond. It also comes with an outdoor kitchen, a cabana, a pool with a spa surrounded by a Dominican coral stone deck Collin paid $33 million for the property in 2015. Through his lawyer, Collins demanded last year that ex-wife Orianne and new husband Thomas Bates vacate the Miami Beach home and filed a lawsuit against the newlywed couple in October alleging unlawful detainer and forcible entry. Court records show both parties agreed to a settlement that required Orianne and Thomas Bates to leave the property on Thursday January 21st.
