An aircraft crashed into tow homes and a UPS vehicle this afternoon in Santee California. The crash killed one person in the aircraft and a UPS driver. Two other victims were transported by ambulance to local hospitals. Their conditions are unknown at this time. It is also unknown if they were on board the aircraft or in the houses. Two houses are a total loss while other houses in the area sustained minor damage. Some solar panels and a window were blown out of houses on the next street over. Gillespie Field Airport is just a few miles away from the crash site. The aircraft involved was traveling from Yuma to Montgomery Field.
