Tragic Bobbi Kristina Brown?s former home where she overdosed in the bathtub and later died has sold for just over $715,000. The three-bedroom, four-bathroom townhouse in Atlanta, Georgia, was previously owned by Bobbi?s late mother Whitney Houston and was first listed for $599,000 before it was taken off the market in 2020. It was listed again with The Rice Settlage Team at Keller Williams in November for $715,000 and sold for $715,100. Bobbi Kristina was found facedown in a bathtub at the property in January 2015 by her boyfriend Nick Gordon. She was placed in a medically-induced coma for almost seven months before she died. The medical examiner listed her cause of death as ?immersion associated with drug intoxication.? Realtor Jill Rice, of The Rice Settlage Team at Keller Williams, said a lot of potential buyers knew the home?s sad history and some were put off by it. But it did not stop two potential buyers bidding against each other for the property, with a couple downsizing from a larger home making the successful bid. Jill says the buyers decided the great neighborhood and townhouse?s look outweighed its tragic past. The townhouse is located in a 24/7 gate community and features about 2,600 sq. ft. of living space. Features include a gourmet kitchen, a huge master suite with a fireplace and two guest suites with private bathrooms. *BYLINE: The Rice Settlage Team at Keller Williams/Mega. 13 Jan 2022 Pictured: Bobbi Kristina Brown?s former home where she overdosed in the bathtub and later died has sold for just over $715,000. *BYLINE: The Rice Settlage Team at Keller Williams/Mega.
