(FILES) A picture taken on April 21, 2015 shows the Chernobyl New Safe Confinement structure (NSC) under construction, an arch that will cover the reactor building once placed over the Chernobyl Nuclear Power plant. The New Safe Confinement structure is being assembled in two halves, each comprising several arched sections. International donors agreed to pay an extra 180 million euros ($201 million) to fund a new cover for the Chernobyl nuclear power plant at a conference in London on April 29, 2015. On April 25, 1986, an explosion during testing sent radioactive fallout into the atmosphere that spread across Europe, particularly contaminating Belarus, Ukraine and Russia.
