The largest orchard in Brandenburg had invited to a festival for culture and apple lovers on the same day. For the theme year "Art of Living - Kulturland Brandenburg 2022", the Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt fŁr Gartenbau und Arboristik e. V., the Berlin-Brandenburg Horticultural Association and Kulturland Brandenburg presented the 1st MŁncheberg Orchard Festival. On the plantations of the fruit growing experimental station 500 apple varieties and about 80 pear varieties grow. In total, about 1000 different species and varieties of pome fruit grow here.
