Relatives of people killed in the Northern Ireland 'Troubles' protest outside the Northern Ireland Office (NIO) in Belfast on May 1, 2024, following the introduction of the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Act 2023 that came into effect today.
