Check out this Pokemon food art. A top food artist created these incredible portraits of Pokemon characters in trendy poke bowls. Hawaiian-inspired Poke Bowls - rice bowls made with sushi-grade fish and colourful toppings - are one of the UK's hottest food trends. Now food delivery firm Deliveroo has commissioned food artist Prudence Staite to create a series of the best known Pokemon characters using ingredients found in dishes available at poke restaurant, Lolo Poke. Prudence?s work re-imagines Pikachu, Charizard, Jigglypuff, Zapdos, Eevee, Charizard and the Poke Ball using ingredients including salmon, cheese, peppers, sweetcorn, ginger and sushi rice. They will be available to buy from Lolo Poke via Deliveroo from May 10. Joe Groves, Head of PR at Deliveroo said: ?At Deliveroo, we constantly strive to offer customers food freedom and less mundane foods, by working with top restaurants and talent to create unique food choices and the Lolo Poke X Prudence Staite poke-mon bowls personify just this. "Each bowl has been given hours of attention to creating the most lifelike Pokemon characters." It comes as the new live-action Pokemon movie - starring Ryan Reynolds - is set to hit screens.
