Pop beauty Gwen Stefani has finally sold her over-the-top Los Angeles mega mansion for $24.995 million. The ???No Doubt??? singer wanted $35 million for the lavish estate ??" which was also owned by Jennifer Lopez from 2002 to 2004 ??" when she first tried to sell it in January 2017. She discounted the price to $28 million in April last year before taking it off the market in February. The singer-songwriter has owned the property, known as ???The Summit??? for more than a decade, buying the sprawling home with her ex-husband, rocker Gavin Rossdale, in 2006 for $13.25 million through a private trust. The huge 15,500 square foot main house seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms and one half bathroom. The home???s colourful interiors mirror Gwen???s quirky public image. The main mansion opens into a dramatic foyer inlaid with an abstract splash of black and white marble. The living room centre around a floor-to-ceiling black marble fireplace and magenta couch. She???s also lined the walls of her walk-in closet and master bathroom with a clash of black and gold stone. There???s also a home cinema and rooms for on-site staff. Outside, the home has a pool, tennis court and outdoor bar and a guest house. Another building on the property is configured as a professional gym. The property, which covers a staggering 87,162 square foot in total, is extremely private. It???s on a 24-hour guard gated community and has a 250-foot drive.
