Because of the spread of the coronavirus, only 100 participants were allowed for the service. Epiphany is a very old church festival and is celebrated on 6 January. The word, derived from the Greek, means "appearance" and refers to the appearance of God in the world with Christ's birth. In Saxony-Anhalt, January 6 is a public holiday.
