Madrid built the hospital, which have a capcity of 1,000 beds at a time, including 140 intensive care beds in just 5 months after the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. With a special ventilation system that cleans all the air in the hospital 14 times per hour, the hospital currently accommodates 228 patients, which 32 of them in intensive care.
