According to the incident report, Oklahoma City Police Department claims both Jeff and Lauren were driving a Range Rover at different times before they were arrested. Police say Lauren was behind the wheel when the Range Rover pulled out of a parking lot, drove over a curb and then stopped abruptly. They say Lauren then switched places with Jeff, who took over driving and made an illegal lane change when police followed the vehicle, before then pulling over. The police report says both had slurred speech and ?a strong odor commonly associated with the consumption of an alcoholic beverage?. An breathalyzer test at the police station found Jeff?s blood alcohol level was 0.18 - more than double the legal limit for driving.
