Kendall Jenner is in a New York state of mind - as she unveils a new Michael Kors collection. The 26-year-old model strikes a pose atop the Prospect Tower in Manhattan in ads showcasing the brand's spring/summer 2022 collection. The campaign is said to be a "cinematic love letter" to NYC - designer Kors' hometown. "The imagery pays homage to the strength and timeless romance of the city," the brand said in a statement. Kendall was shot by renowned Dutch duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin. "When I think about what endures, it?s love?romantic love, but also love for your friends, your family and for your city," said Michael Kors. "With this campaign, we wanted to bring to life urban romance and the unique juxtaposition of the strength and grit of New York City with the love that it inspires time and again." The new collection features streamlined silhouettes, feminine tailoring, hand-worked fabrics and a "confidently optimistic" palette and includes pencil skirts, bra tops, and pullovers as well as handbags and footwear. The global campaign will debut in January. Editorial usage. Credit - Courtesy of Michael Kors / MEGA. 10 Jan 2022 Pictured: Kendall Jenner for Michael Kors.
