Residents and IDPs ask for help because of blackout and no water supply in Odessa after Russian missile attacks on Ukraine's electrical power damaging energy grid infrastructure turning to horrorific attacks against the Ukranian people as winter approaches. Around 700 family were helped today by volunteers with food, water, clots, medical stuff.
